Getting Started

How do I get started with FutureCompaz?+

Start by booking a free trial class through our Contact page. Once you experience the class, you can create an account, add your student's profile, and enroll in your chosen course.

Is there a free trial class?+

Yes! We offer a free trial class for all our courses. Fill out the form on our Contact page, select your course of interest, and we'll schedule a free 1-hour session so your child can experience our teaching style before committing.

What age groups do you teach?+

We teach students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 (ages 5โ€“18) for Math and Reading. Coding starts from age 7, Debate Club from age 8, Financial Literacy from age 10, and Cultural Roots is open to all ages.

Do I need to create an account to book a trial class?+

No. You can fill out the trial class request form without an account. However, you'll need to create an account when you're ready to enroll and pay for a course.

Enrollment & Payments

How do I enroll my child in a course?+

Click "Enroll Now" on any course page. You'll be asked to log in or create an account, add your student's details, choose a 2-month or 6-month package, and complete payment via Razorpay. After payment, you'll set your preferred class days and time.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, NetBanking, and digital wallets via Razorpay. International cards (Visa, Mastercard) are supported. You can also choose to pay in your local currency through Razorpay's dynamic currency conversion.

Why does the checkout show INR even though I am in the USA?+

Our payment processor Razorpay is based in India and processes payments in INR. However, when you enter an international card, you'll be offered the option to pay in your local currency (USD, GBP, AED, etc.). The amount you pay is the same โ€” only the currency display changes.

What is included in the 2-month and 6-month packages?+

Both packages include 2 live online classes per week. The 2-month package includes 16 classes. The 6-month package includes 48 classes and saves you $72 compared to buying three 2-month packages.

Can I enroll multiple children?+

Yes. You can add multiple students to your parent account and enroll each in different courses. Each student requires a separate enrollment and payment.

Is my payment secure?+

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.

Classes & Scheduling

How does scheduling work?+

After enrolling, you set your preferred class days (2 days per week) and preferred start time in your timezone. Our admin team reviews your preferences, assigns a suitable teacher, confirms the schedule, and sends you a confirmation email with the class link โ€” all within 24 hours.

Can I change my class schedule after it's confirmed?+

You can update your scheduling preferences from your dashboard under Active Courses until the admin confirms your schedule. Once confirmed, please contact us at info@futurecompaz.com to request a schedule change.

What platform are classes conducted on?+

Classes are conducted via live video conferencing (Zoom or Google Meet). The class link will be emailed to you and will also appear in your dashboard once your schedule is confirmed.

What if my child misses a class?+

Please inform your teacher in advance if your child will miss a class. Make-up classes can be arranged subject to teacher availability. Consistent attendance is important for progress.

How long is each class?+

Each class is approximately 1 hour long. Classes are held twice a week as per the schedule you choose.

What timezone are the classes in?+

Classes are scheduled in your preferred timezone. When setting your schedule preferences, select your timezone and preferred start time. We have teachers available across multiple timezones to accommodate families in USA, UK, UAE, and India.

Teachers & Quality

Who are the teachers?+

Our teachers are experienced educators with subject expertise and a genuine passion for teaching. Each teacher goes through our selection process and is matched to students based on course, availability, and timezone compatibility.

Can I request a specific teacher?+

We do our best to match students with the most suitable teacher. If you have a preference or would like to continue with the same teacher for a renewal, please mention it when setting your scheduling preferences or email us at info@futurecompaz.com.

How many students are in each class?+

We offer small group classes and 1-on-1 sessions depending on availability and preference. Small groups typically have 2โ€“4 students. Contact us to enquire about 1-on-1 availability.

Will I receive progress reports?+

Yes. Your teacher will provide regular feedback on your child's progress. You can also communicate directly with the teacher through the platform.

Account & Technical

How do I create an account?+

Click "Log In" on the top right of any page and then click "Sign Up". Fill in your name, email and password. You'll receive a verification email โ€” click the link to activate your account.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I add my child's details?+

After logging in, go to Dashboard โ†’ My Students โ†’ Add Student. Enter your child's name, grade, age and any other details. You can add multiple students and edit their details anytime.

Where do I find my class link?+

Once your schedule is confirmed by our team, the class link will appear in your Dashboard under Active Courses. It will also be sent to your email.

Can I access the website from my phone?+

Yes. FutureCompaz is fully mobile-responsive and works on all modern smartphones and tablets.

How do I contact support?+

Renewals & Cancellations

How does renewal work?+

If you enabled auto-renewal when enrolling, your package will automatically renew at the end of the current period. You'll receive an email notification 30 days before renewal. You can disable auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard.

Can I switch from a 2-month to a 6-month package?+

Yes. You can switch to the 6-month package at your next renewal to take advantage of the $72 savings. Contact us at info@futurecompaz.com to arrange this.

What is your refund policy?+

We offer refunds for unused classes in cases where we are unable to fulfill the enrollment (e.g., no suitable teacher available in your timezone). Please review our Terms of Service for full details or contact us at info@futurecompaz.com.
