By accessing or using FutureCompaz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a child under 18, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Students under 18 may use the platform only under parental supervision and with parental consent provided during registration.
FutureCompaz provides live online tutoring and enrichment classes. We reserve the right to: • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel classes with reasonable notice • Modify course content and curriculum • Remove students from classes for disruptive or inappropriate behavior • Discontinue courses with reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (currently Razorpay). Each site shows prices in its own currency; families using our USA and Global sites are currently charged the equivalent amount in Indian rupees. • Each enrollment is a 2-month or 6-month package, paid in advance. • If you cancel before the first class, we refund the full amount. • If you cancel after classes have started, we refund what you paid minus the classes already taken, charged at the 2-month per-class rate, as long as you ask within 30 days of the start date. (So the 6-month discount doesn't apply to a package cancelled early.) • More than 30 days after the start date, packages are not refundable, but you can pause instead (see section 5). • If we can't provide a suitable teacher or class time, we refund all unused classes in full, at any time. • Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. • To cancel, email info@futurecompaz.com. • We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Changes never affect a package you have already paid for.
If your child will miss a class: • Tell your teacher or us at least 24 hours before the class, and we'll arrange a make-up class within your package period: up to 2 per 2-month package and 6 per 6-month package. • Classes missed with less notice, or without notice, count as used. • Group classes don't have individual make-ups, because classes are never recorded. The teacher will share notes or worksheets so your child can catch up. If a teacher misses a class: • We'll arrange a make-up class or a substitute teacher. If neither is possible, we'll add a class to the end of your package. Your child never loses a class because of us. Pausing: • You can pause a package once, for up to 4 weeks, for example for holidays or illness. Your end date moves back by the length of the pause. Email us to arrange it. Renewals: • Packages don't renew automatically. Before your package ends, we'll email you a reminder with a link to renew. When you renew, classes continue with the same teacher and schedule.
All students and parents are expected to: • Treat instructors and other students with respect • Not record, photograph, screenshot or share class sessions. Classes are never recorded, to protect every child's privacy • Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty • Maintain appropriate behavior during online sessions • Not share login credentials with others Violations may result in immediate removal from classes without refund.
All course materials, curriculum, videos, and content provided by FutureCompaz are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Our collection and use of personal information, including children's information, is described in our Privacy Policy at futurecompaz.com/privacy, which is part of these Terms.
Students are responsible for having a working computer, stable internet connection, camera, and microphone for live classes. FutureCompaz is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end.
FutureCompaz services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or grade improvements. Results depend on student effort, attendance, and individual circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureCompaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
