FutureCompaz provides live online classes for K-12 students. Our websites are futurecompaz.com (United States), india.futurecompaz.com (India) and global.futurecompaz.com (other countries). This policy applies to all of them. You can contact us about privacy at any time at info@futurecompaz.com.
From parents and guardians: • Your name, email address and phone number, when you create an account, book a trial class, register for a workshop or contact us • Your child's first and last name, grade and age, which you enter when you add a student or book a class • Your class scheduling preferences and time zone • Messages you send to our team or to your child's teacher • Payment details are entered directly with our payment provider, Razorpay. We never see or store full card numbers. Created while your child takes classes: • Attendance records, progress reports and teacher notes • Assignments and completed work uploaded by you or by the teacher • Reviews you choose to give about a teacher From people applying to teach with us: the details you submit in your application. Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages visited, which we use to run, secure and improve our websites.
Our classes are for children, including children under 13, so we designed FutureCompaz to keep parents in control. • Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older can create an account, add a student or book a class. Children do not create accounts and are not asked to give personal information to use our websites. • Before your child takes part, we ask for your consent to collect the information described in this policy and for your child to take part in live online classes, and we check that it comes from a parent or guardian. For paid classes and workshops, your payment confirms it. For free trial classes and free workshops, a parent joins the start of the video call and confirms their consent to our teacher on camera before the child takes part. If we don't receive consent, we delete the child's details. • When you book a class or workshop, we email you a short notice explaining what we collect, how we use it and how to give or withdraw consent. • Classes are live, on Zoom. Your child's teacher and classmates can see and hear your child during class. We do not record classes, and we ask every family not to record, photograph or share class sessions. • We collect only the information we need to teach your child and to keep you informed. • We use your child's information only to provide our classes: scheduling, teaching, assignments, progress reports and communicating with you. We never use it for advertising, never sell it and never share it for marketing. • As a parent, you can review your child's information, ask us to correct or delete it, and refuse any further collection or use of it, at any time, by emailing info@futurecompaz.com. If you ask us to delete it, your child will no longer be able to take part in classes. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without a parent's consent, we will delete it promptly.
We use information to: • Provide our classes: scheduling, matching your child with a teacher, teaching, assignments and progress reports • Communicate with you about classes, schedule changes, renewals and support • Process payments and renewals • Keep our websites secure and prevent spam and fraud • Improve our classes and websites • Send promotional emails, but only if you have agreed to them (you can unsubscribe at any time) • Meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketing companies. We share information only with service providers that help us run FutureCompaz, and only as much as each needs to provide its service: • Zoom, for live classes • Razorpay, for payments • Supabase, for our secure database and account sign-in • Vercel, for hosting our websites and counting page visits (without cookies) • Cloudflare, for storing assignment files • Resend, for sending emails Your child's teacher receives the information needed to teach your child, such as their name, grade, progress and assignments. We may also disclose information when required by law, or when necessary to protect the safety of our students and staff.
Our database and websites are hosted in the United States. This includes information from families using our India and global websites, which is stored and processed in the United States.
• Assignment files are deleted automatically six months after they are uploaded, or three months after the enrollment ends, whichever comes first. • Your child's information (student profile, progress reports, teacher notes and class messages) is deleted 12 months after their last class. We email you a month before, and nothing is deleted if your child enrolls again in the meantime. Enrollment and payment records are kept, without your child's details, for as long as tax and accounting laws require. • Your parent account is kept until you ask us to delete it. • Trial class requests, workshop registrations and messages sent through our contact forms are anonymised after 12 months: we remove names, contact details, children's names and messages, and keep only non-identifying information such as the course, grade and date. Free trial requests and free workshop registrations whose consent was never confirmed are anonymised after 90 days. • When you ask us to delete your or your child's information, we delete it within 30 days, except records we are required to keep by law, such as payment and tax records.
• Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). • Passwords are securely hashed by our sign-in provider. We never see them. • Access controls ensure each family sees only its own information, and our team sees only what their role requires. • Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. • We follow a written information security program, with a named person responsible for it, and review it at least once a year. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we work hard to protect yours, and we will notify you of any breach affecting your information as required by law.
You can ask us to: • Show you the information we hold about you and your child • Correct anything that is wrong • Delete your or your child's information • Give you a copy of your information • Stop sending you promotional emails Email info@futurecompaz.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the European Union, the United Kingdom, India or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in, and to remember which regional website you chose. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. To understand how our websites are used, we count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other websites. If you arrive from one of our ads or posts, we note its campaign name for that visit only (kept in your browser tab, not in a cookie) and save it with any trial class request you make, so we know which ads work. Our payment provider, Razorpay, may set cookies on our checkout pages to process payments securely.
Our websites link to other services, such as Zoom for classes. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. For significant changes we will also notify you by email or with a notice on our website. If a change affects how we collect or use children's information, we will ask for parents' consent again where required.
